Only a couple small criticisms and that is that there is no TAG or focus for Energy Weapons, Small Guns, Lockpick, Melee Weapons or Big Guns. I am kinda perplexed as to how this character will fight. Also with the Lockpick, with a low Lockpick skill you miss out on much of the loot in the game, with my character I attempted to max this out ASAP for the best gain. INT is good, as is STR. However PER, AGL, LCK are lower than expected and a strangely high CHR. If you play an evil character, high CHR is probably needed to get a good NPC disposition however in a good character the Karma will naturally give NPC's a good disposition to you.
Other than those things it is actually not a bad character. Not focused around maxing stats but it would be an interesting character build :)
