A character designed to reach perfection with little effort put into finding the skill books. All skills excluding Barter will require 5 or less skill books to max while Barter requires a whopping 14.

Nice build but takes ALOT of patience. I don't think I have to patience to wait til I'm lvl 30 to before I use any books. I get impatient waiting to get the comprehension perk sometimes. I am sure by that time, you should have your locker in your home filled with them if you did it that way.
