Work in progress melee/unarmed character. Which means that I start out maxing out those tier skills and then run out of things to put skill points into and it winds up as a max out character. But then again, thats how it always ends up.

Finished out this character. Like I figured, it ended out with a ton of maxed stats because of the way I spread out points. Added in all of the bobble heads I, which I've never not gotten by the end, and the quest perks that I know I'll get. Hope you guys enjoy.
